| Description: | Director of Finance & Administration Global Health Strategies (NYC) Global Health Strategies seeks to manage its expansion and ensure strong oversight and coordination of its global operations while maintaining its entrepreneurial and innovative culture. This position will require broad-based operations and finance experience and be responsible for building and implementing the financial, knowledge management and human resources systems to support this new level of growth. The Director will be instrumental in the organization's objectives to maximize revenues and profitability from current clients and new business opportunities by making sound decisions about budgeting, financial planning, client fee structure and human resource allocation. This position will also support the CAO/CFO and Principals in development of best in class talent acquisition and development processes and approaches, and manage the human resource matters of the organization. Finally, this position will evaluate and implement the necessary client and content management systems to support the globally dispersed nature of its knowledge-based work.
