| Description: | The Senior Director of Online Health Services for Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) will drive the building of a new business initiative within the organization both in the hiring and training of staff and the overall strategic planning, program design and pilot implementation. The Senior Director will partner closely with the VP of Health Information Technology (HIT) and Business Initiatives in the business planning, reimbursement strategy, technology department, legal process and marketing strategy for online health services and, in partnership with affiliate partners, will quickly engage in a two-state pilot within the first six months while adding several additional pilot participants by 2014. The Senior Director will provide strategic, high-growth leadership as PPFA navigates a changing healthcare and political landscape. In the initial months the Senior Director will be challenged to develop a robust business development plan that leverages short- term opportunities as well as builds a roadmap for longer-term growth. Included in this plan is the development of a sophisticated infrastructure, including business expansion and growing collaborative partnerships with healthcare providers. As part of expansion beyond the initial pilot year, the Senior Director will evaluate the role of online health services/service delivery and provide guidance and execution of financial models, operational roadmaps and technology infrastructure needs.
