Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Description: Assist the Executive and Managing Directors with all administrative duties related to management of a non-profit organization, including: office logistics; relations with Board of Directors, Members, Donors and Clients; filing and correspondence; and Volunteer support. Ability to draft, edit and produce correspondence, memos and reports. Assist with research and special projects as assigned.
In coordination with the Legal Team, review and route all intake, correspondence, and legal documents; and coordinate the processing of electronic and paper legal filings. Maintain litigation calendar. Train and manages intake volunteers, to include ensuring timely response to all intake inquiries. Maintain the intake database.
Manages files, storage and archiving procedures, including updating of, and ensuring compliance with, records retention and confidentiality guidelines.
Manage administrative support duties including front office reception, answering phones and directing calls, and distributing mail; including training and supervising of volunteers performing these duties.
Contacts and interfaces with vendors and customer service as needed.
Other duties and special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn and take on public education, communications, accounting/financial management and fundraising duties.
