| Description: | The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (PCAR) is an organization working at the state and national levels to prevent sexual violence. PCAR has a career opportunity as a Contract Liaison. This full-time position, with benefits, includes social justice/anti-violence work, monitoring contract and standards compliance of local rape crisis centers throughout the state, and providing technical assistance to centers and PCAR on outcome based program evaluation. Successful candidate must be able to synthesize and analyze data, identify trends and assist PCAR and local rape crisis centers to develop innovative outcome based programs and strategies for provision of victim services and sexual violence prevention efforts. Travel on a regular basis throughout the state will be required. Bachelor?s degree in a human service field or equivalent experience. Experience in victim services is preferred.
