Atlanta, Georgia The Director of Human Resources manages and administers all functions related to human resources, including Legal Compliance, Recruitment, Credentialing, Wage and Salary Analysis, Benefits Administration, Orientation and Training, Employee Relations, and Performance Management. The HR Director provides HR leadership and direct support to all PPSE departments and clinic locations. The HR Director assures standard HR practices are applied throughout organization; maintains HR and credentialing records for all staff; partners with management and staff to promote a positive and productive work environment; stays current on HR best practices; and develops and executes HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with business objectives.
