| Description: | Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) is seeking an experienced communications professional to serve as Director of Health Media, leading the development and implementation of media strategies to promote Planned Parenthood as the nation's leading provider of reproductive and sexual health and education and to help advance programmatic health and education work. The Director will work directly with a range of journalists and collaborate closely with Planned Parenthood medical affairs, education, and affiliate staff. The Director will report to the National Media Director, and work closely with the Director of Advocacy Media in Washington. As needed, the Director will brief the President and other senior staff on matters relating to health media, and will forge close working partnerships with staff inside and outside of the Communications division. PPFA also works with partner organizations worldwide to improve the sexual health and well-being of individuals and families everywhere.
