Primary Responsibilities: CTC is seeking qualified candidates to provide support to the Peace Corps on core service areas.

- CRM Developers:
- Designs and develops modifications or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
- Codes, unit tests and creates supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based Solutions.
- Gains understanding of customers' needs and collaborates with other consultants and support teams to complete design and testing documentation.
- Provides technical input in creating functional specifications when customizations or extensions to Microsoft Dynamics Solutions are needed.
- Drives the effort to migrate the customers? data sources into Microsoft's sources, ensuring proper alignment of data models. Offers support on Microsoft tools for migration and integration.
- Implements reports per requirements documents and standards.
- May be tasked with additional development duties such as: developing data migration procedures to integrate Microsoft Dynamics Solutions to legacy systems.
- Provides support and expertise on development technologies and environments.
- Tests modifications for validity of results, accuracy, reliability and conformance to established standards.
- Participates in system and acceptance testing.
- Provides work estimates that permit prioritization and assignments to be made.

- Software Developers:
- Provides support to the Peace Corps on core service areas, such as delivering data management services, implementing improved reports management support, deploying and integrating SharePoint solutions, analyzing existing systems and processes, and developing/implementing system solutions.
- SharePoint Developers:
- Delivers data management services, implements improved reports management support, deploys SharePoint solutions, analyzes existing systems and processes, and develops/implements system solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

- CRM Developers:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, plus 6 or more years of experience in the following technical areas: C#, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Jscript, T-SQL, PL SQL, Web Services, Windows Workflow Foundation.
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005+.
- SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Software Development methodologies.
- UML, ERD, SOA.
- Ability to develop clear functional and technical documentation.
- Able to establish credibility with clients, partners and colleagues.
- Experience implementing complex business solutions.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Experience with projects and teams consisting of consulting and client resources.
- A creative, lateral thinker, able to synthesize information from multiple sources and devise innovative solutions to business issues.
- Able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles; can get messages across that have the desired effect.
- Proven ability to act with limited supervision within own area of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to achieve successful results working closely with customer and internal resources.
- Self-motivated and desire to learn and grow.
- Works well in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Experience in providing technology consulting services.
- Experience configuring/customizing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
- Experience with Advanced Developer Extensions for the Dynamics CRM/xRM framework.
- Microsoft certified in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- Candidate must possess U.S. citizenship. Security clearance is preferred.

- Software Developers:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in a Technical Field, e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 1-6 years of applicable experience.
- Strong communication skills a must.
- Experience developing, testing and deploying database-based software solutions.
- Experience with software development life-cycle (Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Documentation and Configuration Management) in an agile development environment.
- Experience developing applications using one or more of the following technologies: PowerBuilder, C#, ASP.Net and VB.Net.
- Experience in developing web services that connect to SharePoint and other platforms using technologies Web Services Description Language WSDL (or other protocols) and formats such as format (e.g., SOAP messages, typically conveyed using HTTP with an XML serialization in conjunction with other web-related standards).
- Secret clearance is preferred but not required.

- Database Engineers:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in a Technical Field, e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 1-6 years of applicable experience.
- Strong communication skills a must.
- Experience developing software solutions using Oracle 11g and/or Sybase and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ability to build and maintain data models, both logical and physical, using software tools (ER-Studio Data Modeler, Erwin, etc.).
- Experience using ETL tools.
- Experience using the SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio.
- Experience with database and data warehouse structures, design, development and implementation.
- Experience in conducting data analysis, data warehousing and data mining activities to improve data quality, reduce data duplication and formalize accountability for data to improve business and IT productivity.
- MS SQL certification is desired.
- Secret clearance is preferred but not required.
