| Description: | Description: PPIL's Volunteer, Intern and Advocate Programs work to engage community members in Planned Parenthood issues and programs. The program totals over 18,000 volunteer hours annually and is active in all areas of the agency. The Volunteer Program Evaluation Intern will work with the Manager of Volunteer and Field Program to develop a comprehensive outcome-based evaluation model for the volunteer and advocacy programs. The intern will work to define and develop indicators, create tracking systems and tools, and develop a reporting format. Internship highlights: -Work closely with Volunteer Program staff to learn more about community organizing and volunteerism -Gain experience in program assessment, data collection and evaluation -Work with staff to create presentations on results What We Ask -Experience with and / or knowledge of program evaluation models and methods -Superior analytical and organizational skills -Ability to work both independently and as part of a team -Commitment of approximately 8-10 hours per week for the summer Location PPIL Administrative Offices 18 S.
