ALL-SOURCE INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

Primary Responsibilities: CTC is seeking qualified individuals to work with U.S. Forces Afghanistan (USFOR-A) that requires long-term deployment to Afghanistan. This work is designed to support U.S. Forces in the Combined Joint Operations Area Afghanistan (CJOAA). This is a multi-faceted Intelligence Analysis Support program consisting of All-Source Intelligence Analysts, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysts, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analysts and Intelligence Requirements Collection Managers. Combat Intelligence Augmentation Teams (CIAT) are organized to operate as analytical and targeting teams in support of assigned military units plus other intelligence staffs and organizations. These teams are utilized for a myriad of intelligence support missions within Army Corps, Security Force Assistance Brigades (SFAB), Marine Corps and Special Operations Joint Task Forces (SOJTF) organizations.
The successful candidate shall function as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of USFOR-A, SFAB and SOJTF supporting the CJ2 staffs' analytical requirements. The employee may be responsible for:

- Analysis, reporting and database management and dissemination of IED and C-IED, mission analysis briefings and annexes.
- High-value individual targeting products.
- IED threat network nodal analysis.
- All-source exploitation of documents and media from operations and detainees.
- Researching, developing, presenting and publishing all-source intelligence products at the tactical and operational level.
- Providing input to multiple Government requirements and objectives.
- Assisting with the analysis and production of various intelligence products specifically focused on Threat Awareness, Force Protection and Indications and Warnings (I&W), CIED, COIN and targeting, while supplying analytical support for senior Military leaders.
- Attending meetings and conducting comprehensive research on complex topics independently or as a part of a larger analytical effort focusing on current events and long-term trends that could impact the supported unit's mission.

Basic Qualifications:

?BS degree plus 0-2 years of directly-related experience or equivalent mid-level military enlisted or company grade officer experience.
?4 years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies, with operational level experience preferred. Experience in either IED/C-IED, CT, Afghanistan, South West Asia regional issues and HUMINT or political/military analysis preferred.
?Proficiency in utilizing basic intelligence computer applications and intelligence-related automation to support analytical efforts and product development, including MS Office Product Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
?Strong research and writing skills and capability to effectively operate as a member of a strategic-level analytical team in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
?Requires former MOS 1N, 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A or service equivalent.

Selected applicant shall complete INSCOM-provided Deployable Common Ground Station-Army (DCGS-A) training, a 5-day block of instruction that familiarizes the individual with the DCGS-A interface, data input, analysis and reporting tools. Selected applicant shall also complete 5-day Afghanistan Threat Orientation at NGIC, Charlottesville. Total duration: 10 days.

Clearance: U.S. citizenship required. U.S. Government TS/SCI level clearance is required for this position.
