Position Description
What you'll be responsible for:

Working with the business to provide quality and value to our customers Writing manual and automated test plans that are thorough and maintainable Working on SQA initiatives to improve process Logging and tracking defects through resolution

Minimum Requirements
2+ years experience in software engineering

What you should bring?

A passion for software quality assurance, and with that, a creative and inquisitive mind The ability to think around corners Demonstrated ability to work closely with team members related to all aspects of software creation, quality and delivery General knowledge and experience in application testing, and the desire to share that knowledge and experience Your ability as a self-starter and motivator that brings interpersonal skills and creative problem solving skills A knack for fostering continuous improvement A Lean approach and the drive to eliminate waste Understanding of quality assurance best practices Solid test case design and a proficiency in test planning Thorough defect tracking Understanding concepts of messaging structures and interface designs Some experience, or a desire to learn testing automated testing Experience with SQL Ability to provide system documentation
