An experienced software quality assurance professional to join our team who has a passion for solving our customer's problems with quality, using both manual testing techniques and automated testing solutions Someone that loves to work in a team environment on complex problems and projects Someone who strives for continuous improvement and fosters that with those around them Someone who is proud of their work, actively seeks to continually improve and who sprints towards a goal Someone who is willing work with others when they say ?it works on my machine? and find a common resolution What you'll get? A passion for software quality assurance, and with that, a creative and inquisitive mind The ability to think around corners Demonstrated ability to work closely with team members related to all aspects of software creation, quality and delivery General knowledge and experience in application testing, and the desire to share that knowledge and experience Your ability as a self-starter and motivator that brings interpersonal skills and creative problem solving skills A knack for fostering continuous improvement A Lean approach and the drive to eliminate waste Understanding of quality assurance best practices Solid test case design and a proficiency in test planning Thorough defect tracking Understanding concepts of messaging structures and interface designs Some experience, or a desire to learn testing automated testing Experience with SQL Ability to provide system documentation Additional Knowledge & Skills You should mention if?
