Current Need Capacity Management Business Systems Analyst POSITION MAY BE LOCATED IN DURHAM, NC OR WESTMINSTER, CO Position Description The Capacity Management Business Systems Analyst will be a senior business systems analyst in the Capacity Management P&L. He/she will be responsible for driving the design of new products, modules and features across the Capacity Management P&L, including critical cross business unit, P&L and product integration initiatives that are critical to the success of the Relay Health Capacity Management strategy. He/she will also be responsible for working with Capacity Management R&D leaders to develop a common definition and design process across the Capacity Management R&D teams. This position will also involve working with international R&D teams, including the McKesson Capacity Planner R&D team in New Zealand, on Capacity Management definition and design projects and to develop a common definition and design process. Minimum Requirements 8+ years experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology. Proven, significant experience in business analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems. Critical Skills In Depth Knowledge of health care data and standard codes sets Ability to utilize SQL and/or other database query tools for analytical and testing purposes Additional Knowledge & Skills ANSOS One-Staff application knowledge or a alternative staffing/time keeping system a plus Strong analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience writing clear requirements Must be familiar with Web-based application Prior experience working with other technical team members to define customers’ needs/requirements Demonstrated ability to manage complex relationships in a team environment Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage issues Understanding of grouper methodologies, quality rules, risk management and working with large data sets or data warehouses.
