| Description: | Opening Date/Time: Tue. 03/05/13 12:00 AM Pacific Time Closing Date/Time: Continuous Salary: $63,384.00 - $80,952.00 Annually Job Type: Full-time Department: Human Resources FLSA: Exempt position, not eligible for overtime compensation. **First date of Review is Scheduled for March 28, 2013** Under the direction of the Chief, Campus Police, assign, direct, evaluate and supervise the activities of campus police personnel; supervise the day-to-day security operations of the college; participate in disaster preparedness planning; perform related duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Possess a valid California Supervisory P.O.S.T. Certificate AND five (5) years of full-time law enforcement experience required, including supervisory experience. An Associate of Arts degree is desirable. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must be a U.S. Citizen 2. Successful completion of a P.O.S.T. certified Campus Law Enforcement Course within two (2) years of appointment as per PC 832.3(g) 3. Possess a valid California Driver License prior to appointment 4.
