CTC has an opportunity for a qualified ECM Developer in Washington, D.C. ECM DEVELOPER Primary Responsibilities: CTC is seeking qualified candidates to provide support to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with software engineering services to define, design, develop, integrate, test and deploy a document management system built on the Oracle WebCenter platform utilizing the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) module. The ECM Developer will have experience developing, testing and deploying content management solutions. Basic Qualifications: ?BS Degree in a Technical Field, e.g., Computer Science, Information Science or related discipline plus 2-4 years of directly-related experience. ?3+ years of working on Oracle WebCenter or Universal Content Management (UCM) projects. ?Strong communication skills a must. ?Experience with software development lifecycle (Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Documentation and Configuration Management). Candidates must either be a U.S. citizen, possess a U.S. Work Permit or have Permanent Residency. Join us!
