CTC has an opportunity for a qualified Counter Terrorism Intelligence Analyst (Junior Level) in Arlington, VA. COUNTER TERRORISM INTELLIGENCE ANALYST (JUNIOR LEVEL) Primary Responsibilities: The candidate will be a Component Security Review Team (CSRT) member in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) Office of General Counsel (OGC) and the Office of Military Commissions. The position requires classification/declassification assessment and performance on documents pertaining to detainee information. That is, the position holder will be a security reviewer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) who conducts security classification/declassification reviews to identify and mark documents to assist legal counsel in the litigation process pertaining to detainees. CSRT SMEs will review detainee information to identify their Component's classified information for DoD attorneys. They will also review some detainee classified reports and records for declassification so that the information may be shown to detainees and assist in the preparation of unclassified summaries of information that otherwise cannot be declassified. Reviewers/SMEs will coordinate, where required, with other Component Security Review Teams, original classification authorities or their representatives and attorneys, as appropriate, in the detainee litigation process. Basic Qualifications: ?BS degree in related discipline plus 2-4 years of directly-related experience. ?2-3 years of counter terrorism intelligence analysis experience or 3-4 years of military intelligence experience. ?Highly desired qualifications include experience preforming security classification/declassification reviews for a variety of documents - i.e., reviewing classified information to identify all information that is classified and the level of classification based on the classification guidance of the DoD Component Original Classification Authorities (OCAs) or Government representatives. Clearance: U.S. citizenship required. U.S. Government TS/SCI level with polygraph clearance is required for this position. Join us!
