| Description: | Help to ensure that our patients' medical records are efficiently and accurately maintained. A Chart Assistant will help with chart filing, recording and filing lab reports, and chart depository. This position would be great for anyone who wants to help, but needs a flexible schedule. REQUIRES - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to handle confidential material in a respectful and responsible manner - Willingness to complete a yearly TB test HOURS - Position requires a solid time commitment for a minimum of six months. - Chart assistants would be welcome to make their own schedule within regular clinic hours. Mondays (9 am-5 pm) Tuesdays (9 am-5 pm) Wednesdays (8 am-3 pm) Thursdays (11 am-7 pm) Fridays (8 am-3 pm) Saturdays (7 am-3 pm) LOCATION Aurora Health Center 3051 E.
