| Description: | Job ID: MO20131006-40516 Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic Contract Administrator to manage the Office of the General Counsel's (OGC) contract management system and contract library. In this new role, the Contract Administrator will oversee the daily management of the end-to-end contracting process; ensure the progress of contracts through negotiation, drafting, review, approval, and execution stages; monitor the status of both in- process and executed contracts; work with other departments, vendors and stakeholders to complete due diligence; and assist OGC in drafting/editing forms, templates, and agreements. Working closely with contract originators, reviewing attorneys, and the Manager of Contracts and Reporting, the Contract Administrator will provide top-notch organizational and administrative support to help execute the strategic goals and initiatives of the department. This position reports to the Manager of Contracts and Reporting and is based in the NYC office of PPFA. Key Duties and Responsibilities: -Implements, manages, and maintains the company's contract administration process, which requires the ability to track multiple layers of detail, and review, understand, and synthesize information from multiple sources into cohesive and coherent documentation -Serves as the first point of contact to contract originators in other departments, translating their needs into business terms of the contract -Ensures project management of all contracts under review including due-diligence, vendor review and communicating with contract originators to obtain accurate and timely information -Serves as OGC liaison to company's Finance department including ensuring data integrity between the contract review system and finance systems -Serves as OGC liaison to company's Information Services department regarding improvements to technical aspects of the OGC contract administration system -Organizes reports on outstanding contracts as needed by OGC and other departments -Assists in drafting and editing forms, agreements and contracts -Maintains OGC's department forms and contract library; curates the library's templates, keeping the forms up to date and well organized -Manages and coordinates administrative functions within the department as needed -Contributes to other OGC department goals and duties as needed For a full position description and to apply, please visit: http://bit.ly/11t1L6c |
