Team members will start petition campaigns on ThePetitionSite.com, then drive success through campaign promotion. Responsibilities: Write petitions on local or global causes that you (and our 22 million progressive members) care about, including: animal welfare, environment, wildlife, LGBT issues, women's rights, human rights, corporate accountability, education, health, politics, etc. Promote your campaigns to appropriate networks on social and earned media outlets. Create graphics and other visual marketing materials to help spread the word. Requirements: Creativity, passion, tenacity and a desire to make a difference. Ability to write awesome headlines and powerful story lines. Fluency in social media and SEO. Digital marketing and/or Public Relations experience a plus. Compensation is based on petition success, with no monthly cap, and bonuses awarded for stellar performance. The fastest- growing petitions will be considered for promotion to the Care2 network.
