The Program Associate manages the National Student Advisory Council, the Campus Action Project Grants, and campus-based AAUW student organizations. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with two years of work experience in campus programming and outreach. - Knowledge and commitment in women's equity and leadership issues. - Excellent written and oral communications skills. - Demonstrated history of creativity, customer service, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and flexibly, as part of a team, and effectively with colleagues, external partners, and volunteers, including volunteer leaders. - Experience with handling financial documents and processes simultaneously |
