Under direct supervision of the Director of Clinic Operations, the Minneapolis Clinic Manager provides leadership and direction within the clinic to support a team-based, customer-focused results-oriented service model that achieves clinical, operational and financial goals.

Responsibilities

Leads clinic staff in development of a culture that fosters positive attitudes and trust among staff to achieve clinic goals and objectives. Assists all staff in creating and maintaining a team-based clinic plan to meet PPMNS?s goals and objectives.

Fosters an environment of high quality care standards where customer feedback defines results. Monitors quality, and implements changes to maintain high standards.

Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates all clinic staff, creating staff schedules to ensure efficient clinic flow.

Implements and supports a customer-focused service model. Maintains an awareness of customer?s needs and responds to customer requests in a timely manner.

Develops annual performance plan, approves expenditures including patient fee adjustments, payment plans and patient refunds. Manages expenses and income and assures performance goals are met.

Schedules clinic sessions and arranges for clinician coverage. Assures clinic provides customer focused service delivery and meets productivity and patient load goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- College degree in business, human services, public health, nursing, related area or equivalent work experience

-4-5 years of relevant experience, including management and supervisory experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Clinic management; health care or human resources experience

-Experience working with high risk or minority populations (youth, women, minorities, etc.)

-Bilingual language skills (Spanish, Hmong, etc.)
