Successful candidates will have a minimum of 10 plus years CA experience in large-scale healthcare projects. Administer contract from startup to closeout. Be the prime contact between CMs/general contractors, clients/owners and AE teams. Review and interpret construction documents. Prepare change orders and monitor RFI?s and submittals. Make recommendations and consult owners on all issues related to the project. Perform regular observation of construction work in progress and prepare field reports. Monitor closeout submittals and perform periodic QA/QC construction site visits as well as review and approval of applications for payment. Coordinate work of Project Engineering Consultants. Participate in all activities under the direction of the Cannon Design Project Team Leader. Successful candidate must have demonstrated track record in contracts, quality control, and cost control in large-scale health care projects, preferably in California. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Strong client communication, teamwork, collaboration and conflict resolution skills required. Bachelors in Architecture required, MArch a plus.
