Work within a supportive administrative team to serve as a liaison to internal and external team members, clients, and consultants. Provide a full range of administrative support for design and construction professionals. Versatile, self-directed individual would perform various administrative duties including the following: Assist Construction Administrator in maintaining project communication & correspondence, owner agreements, and contractor schedules; route and log RFIs, submittals and progress reports; issue change documents and maintain financial data on all CA phase projects; collect and issue project closeout documents; catalog and file historical project data. Other duties include word processing tasks, meeting coordination, email/calendar management, travel arrangements, project file maintenance, and occasional front desk relief. May also involve back-up assistance in Marketing Department including preparation of proposals or marketing collateral. Minimum 7 years experience in an administrative support role required, preferably in the architectural-engineering industry. Associates degree required. Bachelors preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign required. Experience with Primavera construction tracking software, Bluebeam PDF Revu or Adobe equivalent and Master Spec preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills and flexibility are essential in this busy, deadline driven environment. Must be able to work with minimum supervision, be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks in order to meet project deadlines.
