As an integrated practice offering clinical advisory services, healthcare planning, programming and architectural design services, we challenge ourselves to help our clients solve their greatest challenges.

We are looking for someone who has strong organization, communication and client leadership skills to lead project teams for strategic planning and pre-design work, concept design and design development. Knowledge of healthcare planning and design, and how healthcare is delivered is essential. While primary responsibilities will include healthcare planning and space programming for both new and renovated construction. Previous experience programming, planning and design of laboratories and vivaria for academic, corporate, governmental and healthcare clients required. Understanding current and future trends in healthcare planning, the project approval process and best practice standards in facility design is essential. Experience on large healthcare projects is required.

Bachelor of Architecture required. Masters of Architecture, architectural registration with ACHA, LEED and/or EDAC certification is preferred. Use of Revit will be required as part of this position. Prior Revit or BIM project experience is required. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 plus years of healthcare planning experience.
