Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) is a group of more than 100 national non-governmental organizations engaged in outreach and education to achieve U.S. ratification of the Treaty for the Rights of Women. The site contains key information about the treaty, and the latest information on ratification status.

This site provides information about the history, meaning, and importance of ratifying CEDAW. Also gives background on the Committee established to supervise implementation of CEDAW. Links to Commission on the Status of Women and women in development.
