Samantha Dareff is a Senior at the George Washington University Majoring in Women's Studies with a double minor in English and Dance. Sam is originally from NYC but has had the opportunity to do community service in Alaska and study in both France and the Czech Republic. She is currently working on her Women's Studies honors paper titled "Masculinities, Violence and Jock Culture." She has always been passionate and intersted in women's issues, particularly women's reproductive health rights as well as gender identity and gender construction.

Why did you decide to intern at FMF?
Sam decided to intern at FMF due to their incredible work on women's rights both domestically and internationally. She wanted to be involved with a hands-on organization where she would be able to contribute and make an impact on the issues and projects being worked on.
